Who should we reply to?

A technician replies directly — this does not go to a call centre.

The process

What happens after you hit submit

Four steps, no surprises. You will know the cost and the schedule before anything is committed.

You send the list

Instrument counts, manufacturers, channel configurations — or just a photo of the drawer. We work from whatever you have.

We quote it in writing

A technician reviews the list, recommends a plan tier per asset, and sends a written quote. No obligation, no sales sequence.

You pick the window

Approve the quote and choose your service date. On-site visits are scheduled around your workflow, not ours.

Service and documentation

Calibration proceeds to your plan tier, and certificates with as-found and as-left data follow the same cycle.

Before you send

Common questions

If yours is not here, ask it in the form — or call and we will answer it directly.

Still have a question?

Talk to a metrology technician, not a call centre. We’ll tell you straight whether we can help.
