Onboarding
Four steps from first call to first certificate.
No onboarding fee, no minimum contract, and nothing chargeable until you have approved a written quote.
We scope it together
Send an instrument list — counts, manufacturers, channel configurations — or a photo of the drawer. A technician reviews it and recommends a plan tier per asset. The quote comes back in writing, itemized, with no obligation.
Your asset register gets built
Serial numbers, locations, users and due dates go into one register. If you already keep one, we reconcile against it rather than starting a second list that drifts from yours.
First service, your way
A technician comes to your bench with the full mobile metrology kit. We confirm site access, gowning and any training requirements before the date, so the first visit is not the one where we find out.
Documentation that lands where you need it
Certificates with as-found and as-left data, delivered digitally on the same cycle as the service. Our calibration software is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant for laboratories that need electronic records.
What to expect
